New Features

  1. Resource View (toggle between RV and RLV)
    1. Include a toolbar right above the RV.
  2. Internationalization.
  3. Round Time option.
  4. Vertical Splitter between Gantt.
  5. Indicators
    1. Progress Indicator whenever RLV is loadeded/updated. (ideally smooth progress)
  6. Resource Load View - Performance while updating a task.
